CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or no-showed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a 50% non-refundable fee. This policy allows me to reserve time just for you, keeps my schedule running smoothly, and helps prevent last-minute cancellations or no-shows, so I can continue giving every client the attention they deserve! I completely understand that life happens like illness and emergencies. This fee may be waived at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.
